Kosa Silk Centre Chhuri-Korba, Chhattisgarh India
CHHURI an important kosa silk centre in chhattisgarh. A small village situated on the Korba-Ambikapur highway. It has a number of shops selling kosa (silk) sarees. These highway shops employ the service of independent weavers operating from their home only. Weavers in this belt belongs to the kosta caste with the Dewangan as surname.

Hello, I am a student of textile design, Pearl academy, Jaipur but a resident of Bhilai, Chhattisgarh. I wanted to ask regarding internships. I am interested in joining as a design intern in any kosa silk industry. Do you take such interns? Or can you suggest any names of such industries who would take a design intern?
